Based in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, Kyaw Stainless is a reputable manufacturer and supplier committed to creating premium stainless steel goods that satisfy global standards. Stainless Steel 316/316L Channels, one of its high-end products, are well known for their exceptional strength, resistance to corrosion, and adaptability. These channels are expertly made with premium raw materials and cutting-edge technology, and they perform exceptionally well in demanding settings. Customers in Myanmar and international markets trust Kyaw Stainless for its quality and dependability, as it offers 316/316L channels in a range of sizes and specifications to meet structural, architectural, and industrial applications.
Iron, chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%) make up the majority of stainless steel 316/316L channels, with 316L being the low-carbon variety. Particularly in chloride and acidic environments, the molybdenum content improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Excellent tensile strength (minimum 515 MPa), yield strength (minimum 205 MPa), and elongation of roughly 40% are all displayed by these channels. Because 316L has a low carbon content, less carbide precipitation occurs during welding, increasing mechanical stability and corrosion resistance at high temperatures and under demanding operating circumstances.
