ER330 filler wires have chromium (33–37%), nickel (33–37%), and minor silicon and manganese additions for enhanced weldability. The alloy has better resistance against oxidation and carburization up to 1150°C. Tensile strength is about 600 MPa, yield strength is about 350 MPa, and elongation is approximately 40% as typical mechanical properties. Austenitic microstructure offers excellent ductility and thermal stability. ER330 has good structural integrity under thermal cycling conditions, ensuring durability and resistance to scaling in high-temperature service conditions.
